Agentic Ad Workflows
AI agents that take actions across the adtech stack. Multi-agent orchestration, conversational analytics, and deal troubleshooting, shipped to production, not demoware.
What we do
We build agentic systems where agents take real actions: querying deal APIs, cross-referencing bid logs, generating campaigns, executing analytics queries, and escalating anomalies, without a human in the loop for the first triage steps. The interesting work is past the prompt-wrapper-around-a-dashboard stage.
We have shipped a multi-agent orchestration system for DSP campaign management. A supervisor pattern routes user intent across specialists for portfolio oversight, supply discovery, optimization, and curation. Each specialist owns a narrow tool set with strict scopes. Built with semantic memory, vector search over platform documentation, and real-time streaming.
We have shipped a conversational analytics assistant for adtech account managers. Natural-language queries are routed against a semantic analytics layer, the agent generates the right slice, materializes the answer, and renders a chart inline. Auto-generated insights surface anomalies before someone has to ask. Multi-tenant by construction with user-scoped auth.
On deal troubleshooting: when a deal stops delivering, an agent queries the DSP's deal status API, checks the SSP's configuration, pulls recent bid logs, and produces a structured diagnosis with the most likely root cause and a recommended fix. Linked below.
Across all of this we track the standards governing how agents interact with adtech infrastructure, the IAB Tech Lab Agentic Initiative and AdCP. Our agents connect to APIs over MCP, query reporting endpoints as OpenDirect-style tools, and authenticate via the patterns the working groups are specifying. The systems we build today are designed to align with where the standards are heading.
